About me

For years, I lived in a relationship where—without realizing it—I slowly lost connection with myself. I felt like my life was just "meh," like something was missing, but I couldn’t quite name it. Until one day, a voice inside me—a voice that had always been there—pushed me to seek more: more truth, more authenticity, more purpose.

It was during a deep psychological therapy process, months before I left that relationship, that I confirmed what I had already sensed: my inner voice was real, powerful, and wise.I just needed to learn how to listen to it and trust it.

I began listening to that voice. Reading, learning, questioning. Improving my habits, keeping my promises, and regaining love for myself.

That was the beginning of my transformation.

I quit a stable, comfortable job to create a new path—one where I could combine my professional experience with my personal story, to guide others in discovering their own inner strength.

That discovery was so transformative, it eventually became the soul of my first book:
"In Tune With Your Voice", a guide to returning to yourself, silencing doubt, and reconnecting with your inner power.

I always dreamed of helping…

I graduated in 2010 with a degree in Communication and Public Relations, and began my career as a waitress in an American restaurant. What may seem like a simple step was actually eye-opening: the onboarding, company culture, and processes were so well-designed, they revealed to me—for the first time—the power of a solid, purpose-driven organizational structure.

In 2011, I joined Grupo Modelo as an account executive, building strong relationships with restaurant owners and learning the value of win-win partnerships. Later, I worked at TV Aztecain the world of advertising sales, and then at Grupo Expansión as a KAM in the luxury, fashion, and beauty divisions, where I learned about positioning, high-level strategy, and sales.

In 2018, I moved to the United States and started over:
From waitress to office manager, from kindergarten teacher to car saleswoman, from general manager to District Manager. Along the way, I discovered that my true strength was in building teams, transforming workplace cultures, developing leaders, and creating internal structures that actually work.

All that experience led me to create Merkavah Synergy, a company born from both heart and applied knowledge.
